It is the responsibility of the dealer/user to establish and clearly display within your Web Site, the Terms & Conditions that you choose to use, to carry out business between yourselves and your customers. JGBM Limited do not include any Terms & Conditions within the ClickCat software system for others to use and JGBM Limited will not be responsible whatsoever, for any actions, claims, losses, damages, etc, brought against the dealer, as result of using the ClickCat system

The ClickCat system is the property of JGBM Limited and must not be reproduced, modified, or used, without the permission of JGBM Limited in writing
Licence
Quarterly payment of the ClickCat subscription grants the user the use of the ClickCat system for that period, and covers the use of ClickCat within one URL only
Information Data and Programming
Although every effort is made to ensure that all information data and programming code appearing on the ClickCat site is error free, JGBM Limited will not be held responsible whatsoever for any errors that do occur. (Users should reflect this type of disclaimer within their own published Terms & Conditions )
Specification Changes
The ClickCat specification may change at any time without notice.
(We welcome any feedback with regard to suggestions for improving the system as part of continual improvement.
Reliability of Service
The servers that we use have a 99.9% uptime reliability guarantee. The Internet as a whole though is beyond the control of any individual or organization and JGBM Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss of service/income due to inability to access the ClickCat system

Delivery Terms
Our normal delivery terms apply; stock allowing, all orders are despatched on the day of order (up to 5pm) on a next day delivery service, we do however reserve the right to deliver within 28 days
Discontinued and out of stock items
JGBM Limited will not be held responsible whatsoever, for any effects that may be caused to dealers or end users by products becoming discontinued by suppliers, or out of stock for any reason for a protracted period. Full refunds are available for non delivery of goods outside the stated times
Supply of goods to unauthorised customers/end users
Ultimate responsibility for orders taken via the ClickCat system lies with the ClickCat user. When JGBM Ltd is instructed to supply goods on behalf of the ClickCat user, we assume that we have the authority of the user to do so. We will not be held responsible whatsoever, for supplying goods where there is a dispute for any reason between the user and their customer unless we have been informed beforehand in writing.
All instructions to us to withhold delivery should be made in writing by fax/e-mail/letter before dispatch of goods. All telephone cancellations must be immediately backed up in writing prior to dispatch goods
Payment
Invoices are raised quarterly. First quarter payment of £159.80 raised on commencement of ClickCat website
